Nfl Weekly Schedule

Would anyone like to share some NFL/College Football training with me? Email Me.?

I’m looking for a weekly training schedule that consists of weightlifting, cardio, speed/quickness, and plyometrics. I have no problem with working out and/or training two times a day. My position is linebacker. If you would like to share the information or discuss this with me, my email is KCAlife@yahoo.com.

My best advice for you this autumn (and every offseason) is to eat healthy, and exercise by doing a lot of running every day. If you do these two things, you will get faster, stronger, and into better shape, which will greatly improve your chances of becoming a successful linebacker in football.
