American Football Drills
how can i get better at tackling in american football?
yesterday i got a new position as a outside linebacker n we had tackling drills…the thing is that i couldnt get tackles cuz ive never played defense before n i dnt know thet tchnique..wenever i takled i seemed to bounce off his waist n i couldnt wrap around as much as tried n he ran me over almost all the time…any tips on this?
oh n wen i did get the tackle i took him down by the neck not the waist =/ i really wanna learn how to tackle…
